LAG structure

The bodies of the association are:
 
Collective High Authority (General Assembly). The Collective High Authority /CHA/ is the supreme governing body of the Association and consists of all its members. The membership includes physical persons /PP/ and legal entities /LE/, representatives of the public, economic and non-profit sectors, including the two municipalities - Dryanovo and Tryavna. The representation between the different sectors meets the requirements of Article 12 (1) (5) of Ordinance No 22 of 14 December 2015, none of the three sectors exceeding 49%. The total number of members is 36 persons, incl. PP - 2 pcs. and LE - 34 pcs. The ratio is as follows: public sector - 2 - 5.40%, economic sector - 18 - 48.65%, non-profit sector - 16 - 45.95%. In the composition of the CHA there are also representatives of the marginalized communities, with a representative - the Society for Mentally and Psychologically Impaired Persons.
 
80% of parties identified in analyzes interested in implementing the strategy are represented in the composition of the CHA. Out of ten groups of stakeholders from the territory, eight groups are included in the CHA. There are no representatives of educational institutions, health and social organizations.
 
Collective Management Body (Management Board). The collective management body (CMB) includes 7 persons, members of the Association, as follows:
 
- the public sector - one representative - Municipality of Tryavna, occupying 14.30% of the composition of the CMB;
 
- three representatives of the business sector, holding 42.85% of the CMB;
 
- three representatives of the non-profit sector, holding 42.85% of the CMB.
 
 
Thus, the representation between different sectors meets the requirements of Article 12 (1) (5) of Ordinance No 22 of 14 December 2015 - none of the three sectors exceeds 49%.
